🤔 A question we frequently get asked is “Who owns Rosie’s?” Well here ya go…. from tallest to shortest: Zach is a proud life long Moose Javian and graduate of Central Collegiate, He started at Rosie’s shortly before we opened in 2016. After his first shift, he wasn’t too sure if bartending was his jam and almost quit. Fortunately for us he bought in and decided to give it a go. He also literally bought in, becoming a part owner in 2019. His hard work and dedication to the customer experience have been integral to the success of Rosie’s! Chris has lived in Moose Jaw for 10 years. In addition to his business degree from the University of Regina, he has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. In the past 28 years, he has done almost everything in the industry, (busboy, server, bellman, liquor store manager, bartender, marketing director and graphic design). Chris and his wife Stephanie live, work and are raising their daughter Lydia, right here in downtown MJ! Rod is a red seal, certified chef de cuisine. He has been a chef for almost 50 years. He currently works in the kitchen @ the RCMP Depot Division and is scheduled to retire this summer. Rod’s recipes can be found throughout our menu, from our legendary Canadian beef burgs to our house made salad dressings and almost everything in between.
